Becoming machine-like from day to day
In front of a computer while my emotions wash away
Into professional thoughts about material things
A fallacy of a world with selfish beings.
Work hard earns you money, but stays low class
While college earns you intelligence and cash.
The meaning of life, never discovered,
By people to busy to call home to there mother
And marriage is nothing more than a thought
Had by children while their growing up
Divorce is what happens after and accidental birth
And two teenagers struggling to find self worth
Ancient people not wanting to change
Remaining stand-still, keeping everything the same
Progress not found by two different views
Politics crumble when it makes the news
And everyone else who doesn't fit that mold
Who is bold and different, and strikingly bold
Where can we find such a guy?
Well, we can't he is merely a lie.
